All offered products have a standard manufacturers 12 months warranty and it begins at the time when the customer receives the product.
You can extend your warranty by another 3 months for kites, boards and bars once you register your new product using our dedicated registration form here to make a total of 15 months warranty. Please note that you have 14 days from when you receive your new product to register and extend your standard warranty. Wainman Hawaii reserves the right to not accept any registrations submitted after 14 days time.
Wainman Hawaii has taken great care selecting only the highest quality materials in combination with the latest and most advanced production methods available. In the phase of product development, our R&D department extensively tests each product in many different conditions to detect and correct possible deficiencies in the construction before mass production begins. Each product is subject to detailed QC check before shipping both in our factory and in our warehouses.
Based on that Wainman Hawaii can only be responsible for either construction or material failure as a result of normal use of its products excluding any of the listed common factors:
- Punctures, scratches, rips or any other damage caused by various, foreign objects
- Regular wear and tear
- Any unauthorized modification or alteration made to the original product
- The product has been previously repaired
- Non original parts were used with the product
- Sand, sun, water and wind affected degradation
- Damage caused by misuse, hard crashes/impacts, abuse and user error
- Damage caused by wrong assembly or set up error
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship
Wainman Hawaii will not cover for the damage made as a result of equipment extreme performance, mechanical failures or material wear as per owners intention.
Please note that incorrect straps assembly might result in the product damage and your loss of board’s warranty.
Please note that warranty return shipping costs are non-refundable and are payable in full by the customer.
In the unlikely event that your product has any manufacturing defect and you think it is a warranty case please get in touch with the dealer from whom you purchased it and make a claim.
In case you have difficulties in contacting your dealer ie. it no longer exists, please contact Wainman Hawaii directly – any other cases will be redirected back to your dealer.

- your full name and contact info incl. phone number
- original Online Store order number or serial number of the warranty board or kite - serial number must be clear to read
- few words to describe the problem/damage
- minimum of 2 good quality pictures of the product damage
- proof of purchase (if purchased outside our Online Store)
Once we have it, we will examine your case and get back to you asap with a solution.
Should a product found to be defective by us, in its sole discretion, we will decide to either repair or replace the defective item.
We are not responsible for any other expenses or damages sustained as a direct consequence. In case of a product replacement we may not be able to guarantee the identical product due to stock availability.
Wainman Hawaii is not responsible for loss or damage in transit therefore, responsibility for damage occurring in transit is the owner's responsibility and all claims for freight damage should be made within 48 hours of receipt as per insurer requirements and as per detailed Shipping Inspection instructions available here.
Wainman Hawaii reserves the right to make the final decision on any warranty claim submitted by its customers. If approved by our warranty department we will send you a necessary replacement of faulty product, free of any charge including shipping.
Wainman Hawaii reserves the right to revoke this warranty if we feel you are abusing this policy or if any of the above information is missing.
If for any reason you don’t like what you have purchased from www.store.wainmanhawaii.com you have a 21 days right to return your order to us and we will happily refund or exchange it for you.
Please note that no warranty, refund or exchange will be processed unless proof of purchase is provided.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange we require our products to be returned to our warehouse no later than 28 days from the purchase date, all in original packaging, complete and free of any damages.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email with confirmation of requested refund or exchange.
In case of a refund your credit will be applied accordingly with your original method of payment.

Falsely delivered goods:
If you are returning the product due to a mistake of ours like sending the wrong color, size, model, product etc. after a purchase from www.store.wainmanhawaii.com, of course we will reimburse all delivery costs. Simply contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange everything at no time.
