Our supergirl Hannah Whiteley has recently started her competitive season in Kitesurf Tour Europe event in Almanarre/Toulon, France. In her first 2013 competition she managed to put herself on 4th place in Womens Freestyle and here in Wainman Hawaii we are super stoked about it!
Few words from Hannah on the KTE France:
"Had an awesome time in France at the Kitesurf Tour Europe. The kiting conditions were super challenging, it was crazy choppy!! In the single elimination I got knocked out in my 2nd heat. In the doubles I was super motivated to make it to the podium. I had 6 heats in a row and I was kiting really well and winning each one. On my 6th heat I really started to lack energy and began crashing some handle passes, it was frustrating but still a close heat! It's super tiring working your way up from the bottom to the top in the double elimination, you have no time to rest. I enjoyed competing and finished 4th overall in the Freestyle."
We are looking forward to Hannah next competitions! Ride hard Girl!
