Franz Olry - "The Gypsy" - and his 6.5m GYPSY in Tarifa - super gusty 20-40 knots of wind makes in "perfect" conditions for the smallest of Wainman Hawaii Rabbit series (Franz use his "GYPSY" also in 15 knots but thats another story)
